Johnson & Quin Authorized by USPS for Co-Palletization Program

Niles, IL—January 26, 2009— Johnson & Quin, a national leader in targeted full service direct mail printing and production services, recently announced it has been granted authorization by the United States Postal Service (USPS) to offer co-palletization services. This authorization enables Johnson & Quin to offset the trend of rising postal charges and provide an additional method of maximizing postage discounts for its clients.

Mailers qualify for USPS authorization based on their ability to document mail pieces eligible for the co-palletization discount. With co-palletization, mail trays are combined with trays from other mailings with like geographic destinations allowing pieces to collectively qualify for destination entry (BMC or SCF) postal discounts. This method provides mailings with destination entry postal discounts for mail pieces that would not have qualified if mailed independently. Additionally, co-palletization provides clients with verified, USPS postal receipts the same as traditional mailings.

"Johnson & Quin is proud to be authorized by the USPS to offer co-palletization services," said David Henkel, president of Johnson & Quin. "With this special authorization, we can continue to meet the unique mailing needs of our customers, while improving delivery and reducing postage costs."
